Visitors to Tehran's Book Fair, which runs from May 2 to May 14, have been given the opportunity to pose in front of recreated scenes from the war in Syria, casting themselves as heroes. Also on display are photographs of so-called Iranian martyrs who have lost their lives in the conflict. The Islamic Republic News Agency was among the media outlets that published some of the images so that people unable to attend the fair could see what the fuss was about.
