Every year, the Revolutionary Guards, the Basij and other military and paramilitary organizations in Iran offer Rahian-e Noor (Path of Light) tours, giving Iranians the opportunity to visit some of the most important battlegrounds of the Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988).
