On July 10, Iranians took to the streets to mark International Quds Day, which falls on the last Friday of Ramadan each year. As in previous years, crowds burned US and Israeli flags, and shouted anti-Western slogans, while others showed their solidarity with the people of Palestine. This year, the nuclear talks in Vienna also took prominence: there were caricatures of Presidents Obama and Hollande, and plenty of anti-negotiation rhetoric.
