Tabriz Maskan Mehr, a project which began several years ago to provide affordable housing for citizens, is progressing slowly and causing problems for the people already living in the development. The site, which is expected to provide 600,000 residential units in its first phase, is littered with rubbish, loose cables and other unsightly materials.
